The nearest train station is in Bourg-en-Bresse
which is a short 35 minute drive from the
Château. Rental cars are available
in Bourg through the offices of Hertz and
Eurocar just across from the station on
the street called "Rue de la Gare."
From Paris - 2 hr.
The TGV leaves from Gare de Lyon approximately
every two hours (7 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and
arrives at Bourg-en-Bresse.
From Geneva - 1.5 hr.
The TGV leaves from Gare de Cornavin
downtown or from the station inside the
international airport.
From Lyon - 1.25 hr
There is a local train that leaves from Gare la Part Dieu downtown or directly from St. Exupery airport.

- Follow A6 south in the direction of
Lyon to "Mâcon Nord"
- Take A40 east towards Genève
(Geneva, Switzerland) to "Viriat"
- Change to A39 - direction north towards
Dijon - and continue to exit #10, "St.
Amour"
- Follow D56 to the small town of St.
Amour
- From St. Amour's center follow signs
for "Nanc / St. Julien" (D3)
- Passing through the villages of "Nanc",
"Villette", and finally "Thoissia",
D3 climbs 11 kilometers to the Château's
drive on the left
